Telling your Story in Schools
The fifth sesson is focused on the second place talent says they find a salon job and that’s in beauty school. Even if you feel like “schools don’t work for you”, this session will give you clarity on why that’s your reality and help you turn it around. We’ll talk about the two most important stakeholders in the school and you’ll learn a 3 step process for driving leads from school.

Once your outbound storytelling is solid and your stylist’s leads start coming in you have to be ready to capture them. This means that you need sound hiring practices, which start with your interview! In the final session we’ll look into your interview questions and make sure they are designed to help you properly filter out the wrong candidate and retain the right candidates.
