There are hundreds of ways to say thank you to our teams and often times we overlook them.

I was personally very guilty of feeling all of “the feels” about my staff and then forgetting to have the words leave my mouth. We have to make saying thank you a consistent practice in our salons.

When someone feels appreciated, they show up differently. They show up willing and ready to give their best because they know you value it.

We are just starting the month of November and it is a perfect time to think about initiating a gratitude practice with your team to ensure that they know how much you care about them.

This kind of practice is so easy and incredibly rewarding. 3 easy steps.

1. Source your ideas: Open your Pinterest account and search “ways to say thank you” or “gratitude ideas”. You will come out with tons of ideas for ways to say thanks to your team. 
2. Make a calendar: Put an idea into the calendar for each month of the year and include who is responsible for getting the resources together for the thank you.
3. Do it: Make it a consistent part of your month every month. Your team will love this
