3 Things I’ve Proven Grow a Salon

Hey friends!

You made it to the end of 2024! Now’s the time to reflect on your numbers—did you hit your goals, surpass them, or fall short? No matter the outcome, it doesn’t have to dictate your success in the year ahead. Every year is a fresh start, and it’s time to create a new plan focused on achieving your goals.

Let’s talk about the steps to set yourself up for success in 2025:

Steps to Prepare for Hiring in 2025

  1. Define Your Revenue Growth Goal: How much do you want to grow this year? Be specific and realistic about the number. Write it down right now!

  2. Break Down the Goal: Determine what this growth means in terms of new talent to hire, new clients to attract, or an increase in your average service ticket. It might be a combination of all three! Once you have clarity on your goals, you can start defining the actionable steps to make it happen. (psst. Need help with this discovery? DM me on Instagram)

  3. Identify Your Biggest Drivers: Your largest source of revenue will come from hiring the right talent, while your fastest growth will likely come from increasing your average ticket and driving more client transactions. Which strategy will you prioritize, and do you know how to implement it?

If hiring is your focus, I encourage you to consider my January Bootcamp. Hiring doesn’t have to be daunting, but it does require a commitment from salons that are serious about achieving success. Let me tell you, bootcamp salons often develop waitlists for employees so it’s only for the serious growth minded salons.

Looking forward to helping you create a thriving team in 2025!
