In 2017, I had a wild idea to build software that helps salons with recruiting. As a hairdresser, not a developer, it’s been a learning curve—but I’ve loved every minute.

What drives me? Building a tool that makes it 1000X easier for salons to find their dream stylist. Matchable’s algorithm helps you quickly know if a candidate is a fit, and vice versa.
