We are here to help coach your leaders. Are you ready to invest in them? We help support salon owners and salon leaders in all areas of team development. We even allow session to be group sessions.
It’s not uncommon for our work with a salon to uncover other opportunities they can address and for those areas beyond team building, we refer you out to one of our partner brands.
*Please note that in some cases salon coaching is only available following an in-salon session commitment and coaching support is offered as an accountability to the education delivered.
